INSURANCE, DEPOSIT and NEW CANCELLATION POLICY
Insurance is $55.00 per person without air and $65.00 per person with air for 7 nights or less and $85.00 per person for 8 nights or more. This covers the entire cost of your package if you cancel due to illness, injury or death in the family and is non-refundable.
Hotel Deposit is $200 per person. Air Tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation Policy:
Resort/Land Portion:
- Between 1 - 15 days of arrival 100% of the land portion (no refund)
- Between 16 - 30 days of arrival, 50% of the land portion as penalty.
- Within 31 - 45 days of arrival $200.00 per adult penalty for all resort except Rooms Resorts.
- Rooms Resorts 31- 45 days of arrival 25% of the land portion as penalty.
- No-Shows – 100% penalty/No Refund.
- Partial Stays – 100% penalty/No Refund.
Airfare Portion:
- The Paid Amount of Air at any time is Non-Refundable.

Between 0 – 45 days of arrival $50.00 per booking change fee will apply for all vacation revision.
Cancellation penalties will apply to convert to a promotion/rate for guest wanting to rebook within 45 days of travel.
